What is the earliest I can receive my order?
If you place your order before 4pm Monday to Friday, then we can get your order to you the very next working day before 9am if required with Royal Mail Special Delivery. Our logistics partner DPD can also offer a one-hour delivery window so that you don’t have to spend your day waiting for your order to be delivered.

How much will the postage cost?
For our delivery prices, please take a look at our delivery policy. Our standard delivery using First Class Royal Mail starts from as little as £1.45+VAT per order.

How big will the parcel be?
The size of your parcel depends on the size and number of magnets that you have ordered. Some of the magnets we supply are among the most powerful magnets commercially available and therefore have to be packaged and suitably protected from other packages.

Do I have to sign for my parcel?
If you select our standard First Class Royal Mail delivery then you are not required to sign for your delivery. Usually our ‘next working day’ delivery services require a signature in order for the parcel to be received, however in some cases ‘Royal Mail Tracked24 Delivery’ may not require a signature. After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number to track the progress of your delivery. Can I place a repeat order?
When placing an order online you will be asked to create an account, if you choose to do so, then you will be able to log in to first4magnets.com as a returning customer where you can view your previous orders and place a repeat order at the click of a button.

How do I return my order?

If you are a private customer wishing to return your order, or part of your order, then you must first contact first4magnets.com on 0845 519 4701 or by email at sales@first4magnets.com. All of our products are quality assured before dispatch, if on the very rare occasion you received a defective product then first4magnets.com will send you a replacement product(s), free of charge.

 

If the products are not defective, then first4magnets will not cover the cost of returning the products. A re-stocking fee may apply.

 

Goods must be returned in the original packaging material. If you no longer have the original packaging material pack the magnets in a strong container that is at least as large as the original packaging material. Place the magnets in the middle of the packaging container, as far as possible from the sides. Ensure that you enclose a copy of the original invoice so that we may process your refund.

 

Products not fit for resale because of chips, cracks or contamination will not be accepted or credited.
