This magnet can be fixed in place using an M6 countersunk screw and has a 0.8mm thick rubber coating to increase friction and to soften impacts and prevent marking. The finished size of the magnet including the rubber jacket is 41.6 dia x 6.6mm.

A pack of 1 - 40mm dia x 5mm thick x 6.0mm c/sink N42 Neodymium Magnets. The SOUTH pole is on the countersunk face and the NORTH pole is on the opposite face. These Magnets are plated with 3 layers of protective coatings - Nickel + Copper + Nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni).

These magnets will have approximately 1600 Gauss on each face. Each magnet can support a steel weight of up to 5kg vertically from the magnetic face when in flush contact with a mild steel surface of equal thickness to the magnet. Each magnet can also support up to 2.5kgs in a shear position before beginning to slide down a steel surface under the same conditions. These magnets can be fixed in place using M6 c/s Screw and have a maximum operating temperature of 80 degrees C.
