These medium ferrite block magnets are ideal for putting under conveyor belts to convey steel parts up inclined sections. These are laid in lines running the same direction as the conveyor belt. They are bonded with adhesive onto a steel strip or bed plate. A wear plate and belt are situated on top of these magnets. Steel parts are attracted to the magnets, held tightly against the belt and are carried up inclined or even vertical surfaces.

A pack of 10 - 75mm x 50mm x 20mm thick Y30BH Ferrite Magnets. The NORTH pole is on one 75 x 50mm rectangular face and the SOUTH is on the opposite face. These Magnets do not require any protective plating.

These magnets will have approximately 1300 Gauss on each face. Each magnet can support a steel weight of up to 5kg vertically from the magnetic face when in flush contact with a mild steel surface of equal thickness to the magnet. Each magnet can also support up to 1kgs in a shear position before beginning to slide down a steel surface under the same conditions. These magnets can be fixed in place using Araldite/Loctite and have a maximum operating temperature of 180 degrees C.
