We are delighted to receive the news that we have been nominated for 3 separate awards at this years\u00a0Newark Business Awards!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Magnet Expert Ltd<\/a>, the parent company of FIRST4MAGNETS\u00ae<\/a>, has been nominated for Large\nBusiness of the Year, Employer of the Year and our Managing Director, Matthew\nEllis-Mather has been nominated for Businessperson of the Year! This is some\ngreat positive news to come from what has been unprecedented year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Newark Business Awards are\ndesigned to recognise the achievements of local businesses and allow for the\nopportunity to showcase their work and celebrate their success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The award for Large Business of the Year<\/em> looks at those that\ndemonstrate business excellence and leadership, commitment to the local\ncommunity, and proven success with strategy to pave the way for further\nbusiness growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Businessperson of the Year<\/em> award is designed to\nrecognise individuals that have made outstanding contributions which have\nallowed them to stand out from the crowd, paired with entrepreneurial spirit\nand the ability to inspire others around them.

\nThe Employer of the year <\/em>award is for those businesses who demonstrate\ntheir leadership and human resource policies to support their staff on their\ndevelopment and creating a satisfactory and positive workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whilst 2020 has been a challenging\nyear so far, our team has all pulled together and carried on providing our\ncustomers with the best service possible. Being shortlisted has been greatly\nreceived by the team and has given them a real boost and thanks to their hard\nwork this year.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Managing Director Matthew\nEllis-Mather spoke of his excitement at the news of the 3 nominations:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matthew and the team will shortly\nbe interviewed by judges as part of the final stage before the winner is\nannounced at a black-tie gala dinner at the Lady Eastwood Centre at Newark\nShowground on Thursday 22nd<\/sup> October 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
