We recently heard from one of our customers, John Quinn, who created their own Tax\/ Insurance document holder with our magnetic and ferrous sheets. For the application we recommend you use MagFlex\u00ae  + Ultra A4 adhesive sheet and FerroFlex\u00ae 590\/620mm Wide Flexible Ferrous Sheet. Then with a ruler carefully mark and draw out a shape that will link them both together. This will be used as the backing for the holder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.first4magnets.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Step-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3406\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Step 2. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">With scissors or a craft knife simply cut out the shape out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.first4magnets.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Step-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3405\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Step 3. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Place the shape on to the MagFlex\u00ae  + Ultra A4 adhesive sheet and draw around the shape. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.first4magnets.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Step-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3404\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Step 4. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Again, with scissors or a craft knife simply cut out the shape out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.first4magnets.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Step-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3403\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Step 5. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Next with the MagFlex\u00ae  + Ultra A4 adhesive cut out, you will then need to mark out the same shape 1 cm smaller. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.first4magnets.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Step-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3402\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Step 6. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Then simply cut along the new line to remove the middle. You will then be left with the following two pieces. Our customer painted the Ferroflex\u00ae silver.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.first4magnets.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/step-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3411\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Step 7.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Peel the adhesive backing from the MagFlex\u00ae sheet and stick to the inside of your car windscreen to create the frame. Leave the adhesive to set for 24-32 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Step 8.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Place the FerroFlex\u00ae sheet to the MagFlex\u00ae frame, simply peel back the FerroFlex\u00ae sheet and place your tax\/insurance documents inside, and then place the FerroFlex\u00ae back. Once fixed in place, this will provide a secure closure for holding the documents in place, whilst allowing for versatility to open and detach when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.first4magnets.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/step-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3423\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.first4magnets.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/step-9.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3424\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">Tah dah!
