This application is very popular amongst our customers&nbsp;and we love to hear how they&nbsp;create them,&nbsp;and due to the versatility of magnets, there are so many ways in which you can create this!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We recently heard from a customer who originally was attaching the curtains with suctions cups, but&nbsp;they&nbsp;found&nbsp;their windscreen heaters was&nbsp;interfering with the fitting.&nbsp;Their solution, magnets!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.first4magnets.com\/rectangular-c35\/20-x-6-x-1-5mm-thick-n42-neodymium-magnet-1-6kg-pull-p3032#ps_0_3078|ps_1_1039\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.first4magnets.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Campervan-magnets.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3761\"\/><\/a><figcaption> <br>20 x 6 x 1.5mm thick N42 Neodymium Magnet &#8211; 1.6kg Pull <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button aligncenter is-style-squared\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-background has-vivid-red-background-color\" href=\"https:\/\/www.first4magnets.com\/rectangular-c35\/20-x-6-x-1-5mm-thick-n42-neodymium-magnet-1-6kg-pull-p3032#ps_0_3078|ps_1_1039\">SHOP NOW<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p> To make the blinds they&nbsp;measured and cut foam to the size of their window&nbsp;and&nbsp;with their chosen fabric,&nbsp;they&nbsp;glued the frame on to the fabric and then&nbsp;folded the material around the foam frame to create&nbsp;the binding.&nbsp;During this process,&nbsp;they carefully&nbsp;placed the magnets into the binding of the&nbsp;blinds. Binding is a way of hiding the raw edges of cut fabrics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.first4magnets.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Campervan-Binding-magnets.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3763\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The magnets then magnetically attach to the metalwork of the campervan and secure the blind into place, whilst creating a sealant-like effect around the window to stop the light from seeping through.
