Magnet Expert Ltd, parent company of FIRST4MAGNETS® is shortlisted for THREE awards at the FSB East Midlands Regional Finals 2019!

We are delighted to be shortlisted for 3 separate awards for this year’s FSB East Midlands Regional Finals 2019!

Magnet Expert Ltd,the parent company of FIRST4MAGNETS®, has been shortlisted for Digital Innovation, Scale Up Business of the Year, and Managing Director, Matthew Ellis-Mather, has been shortlisted for the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, beating off stiff competition from over 160 quality entries across the region.

Since we opened our doors in 2008, we have experienced substantial levels of growth to become a leading magnet supplier in the UK and across Europe, with over 20,000,000 magnets in stock at any one time. Our modern e-commerce approach has seen us become a pioneering company at the forefront of magnetic technology, shipping over 10,000,000 units in 2018 alone. Progress has accelerated since the impressive multi-million management buyout by Matthew Ellis-Mather (28) in March 2016, who is leading the business into previously untapped sectors of the industry whilst expanding on our current offering.

Managing Director Matthew Ellis-Mather spoke of his delight at the three nominations: “We are thrilled to be shortlisted in three categories this year. To be recognised for our key principles of a commitment to providing a fantastic e-commerce experience paired with customer centric principles which has allowed to be where we are today, is fantastic.”
