Just made for the job

I bought these to attach bespoke picture frames to the wall of a metal home office. The pre-drilled holes made it very easy to screw two sheets of acrylic together and attach the magnets. I found that a strip of masking tape over the surface of the magnets made them less likely to slide down the wall and they hold extremely securely. I will be buying more in the near future and would certainly recommend them.
