Circular disc magnets, such as those in our range of 5mm (0.2") diameter disc magnets are commonly used in stationery and folders for magnetic closure devices. These 5mm (0.2") diameter disc magnets are the perfect solution; they are small and discreet but still generate a large magnetic pull, even through an air gap. Neodymium magnets are highly resistant to demagnetization meaning that two can be used together to attract or repel without the risk of them becoming demagnetized.
