Identification badges, consisting of a plastic-covered metal disk with a name printed on the front and a safety pin at the back, often leave objectionable holes in clothing after they have been removed. I now remove the pin assembly completely.

I bought these to make some fridge magnets, and they work perfectly. They're just big enough to glue to the bottom of a Duplo 2x2 brick, and they're easily strong enough to hold up large posters.
I bought these for holding up Christmas decorations across the windows without using pins, tape or bluetack and they did the job brilliantly!
