6 x 4 x 2mm thick 45H Neodymium Magnet - 0.75kg Pull ( Pack of 10 )

Small, thin, rectangle high-performance Neodymium (N45H) magnets. These magnets have a higher maximum operating temperature than regular grade Neodymium magnets.

  • Pack of 10
  • 6mm x 4mm x 2mm thick
  • Each magnet's north and south pole are on opposite 6mm x 4mm faces
  • Each magnet can support a steel weight of up to 0.75kg vertically from the magnetic face when in flush contact with a mild steel surface
  • Can operate in temperatures up to 120oC
  • Excellent resistance to demagnetisation
  • Coated with three layers of nickel, copper and nickel to reduce corrosion and provide a smooth finish

These thin rectangular Neodymium magnets are axially magnetised between the two 6mm x 4mm rectangle faces and provide a maximum pull of 0.75kg. Every magnet has a triple coating of nickel, copper and nickel again to prevent against corrosion. Our Neodymium magnets have many creative uses including model-making, theatre design, furniture making, exhibitions, retail displays and packaging. They also have many uses in engineering and manufacturing where small size and maximum strength are required. What's more, because of their resistance to demagnetisation they are ideal for creating a shock-absorbing or damping effect when used to repel other magnets.

5Small, but quite versatile.

An excellent, small magnet which makes an excellent "catch" that holds very well but even magnet-magnet connections are fairly easy to separate. You would not want a stronger pull to hold a small box (for example) closed. The metal surfaces bond reasonably well (with superglue) to wood and mdf but it is best to use a "flexible" superglue as the magnets snap together quite sharply.
