At first4magnets.com we supply both samarium cobalt and neodymium rod magnets. These rare earth rod magnets are really compact but because they are made from rare earth materials they provide an impressive magnetic pull. Neodymium magnets are the strongest magnets in the world and while samarium cobalt magnets aren't quite as strong they are able to withstand higher temperatures and are more resistant to corrosion than neodymium magnets.
