How to Install DoorMag
Follow the simple steps below to fit your DoorMag quickly and easily, or watch our installation video for a complete step-by-step guide.
Choose the position
Position your magnet closer to the handle to bring the doors closer together.
Unscrew and position
Unscrew the inner assembly and hold it in place.
Drill into place
Using the self-tapping screws, drill into place.
Attach housing
Screw the magnet housing onto the assembly.
Align second magnet
Attach the other magnet and open the door to see the alignment for the other side.
Mark position
Mark where the screw of the other magnet hits the door with a pen or pencil.
Fit the second side
Drill the second assembly into place on the door and screw on the magnet housing.
All done!
Your DoorMag is now installed and ready to use.
