BBQ TOOL HOLDER
BBQ season is upon us and it’s a truly glorious time of the year, but why not consider a magnetic upgrade for your grill and favourite utensils.
Manning the grill is a difficult task and can be a stressful experience and with the pressure on you will always need your utensils right by your side within reach, and our magnetic hooks provide the perfect solution.
These small but strong rubber coated magnets provide an impressive 3.8kg clamping force and are ideal to be used outside as the rubber coating protects the magnet from the weather, chipping or cracking.
Easily fitted and removed in just one simple step these magnetic hooks can easily be fitted to any BBQ this summer and won’t scratch or chip your grill thanks to their rubber coating.
However, the magnetic hooks should be fitted against a flat surface away from either the burners or the hot coals to prevent your utensils becoming too hot to handle.
DIY BONFIRE CLEANING MAGNET
Whether your clearing mess, getting rid of waste or just having a bonfire for fun there will always be a mess left behind and usually this pile of ash will contain numerous ferrous materials such as nails or hardware.

Using one of our Ferrite Ring Magnets placed into a easy to handle bucket, you can easily create a safe and easy way to clear any screws, nails, and other ferrous content. Once the debris has attracted to the magnet, simply reach in and remove it over the area you wish to dispose of the ferrous debris.
As Ferrite magnets can withstand temperatures up to 250?, they will maintain performance in the harshest of environments.
Caravan/Campervan Magnetic Curtains/Blinds
We are often asked by many of our customers how they can stop light seepage from curtains, and this question also echoes with our campervan and caravan customers.
This application is very popular amongst our customers and we love to hear how they create them, and due to the versatility of magnets. This application can be recreated either using our stich in PVC coated magnets or using regular magnets which can be glued into the curtains.
Magnetic Gate Closure
Magnets are a quick and easy solution for keeping doors, cupboards and gates closed securely. That’s exactly what one of our customers did, using 1x North and 1x South 25mm Neodymium Countersunk magnets with 11.2kg pull.
These magnets are ideal for this application due to the countersunk central hole which allows the magnets to be fitted to non-magnetic surfaces with just a screw. What’s more, when recessed, the magnets sit flush within the gate and fence providing a secure closure with a clean aesthetic.
Attaching An Awning With Magnets
There are a number of different methods suitable for securing an awning to your caravan, campervan or motorhome depending on the fixings you already have installed. If you don’t have rails or gutters already fitted to your vehicle, it can be a costly job to have them added.
Using magnets is a cost-effective alternative method of attaching an awning, the cost of fitting plastic rails to a converted campervan is approximately £250.
