This heavy-duty 110V DC energise-to-hold electromagnet provides up to 907kg of controllable magnetic holding force, making it a powerful solution for demanding industrial, manufacturing and engineering applications.
When connected to a 110V DC power supply, the electromagnet generates a powerful magnetic field to attract and securely hold suitable steel and ferrous components. When the power is switched off, the magnetic field disappears, allowing the held component to be released on demand.
Measuring 203.2mm x 101.6mm x 63.5mm, its substantial rectangular design provides a large contact area and is ideal for integration into industrial machinery, automated systems, material handling equipment, production fixtures and custom engineering assemblies.
A 3/8-16 UNC threaded mounting hole on the reverse provides a convenient fixing point for installation. The electromagnet is manufactured from zinc-plated mild steel for a durable finish and operates from a 110V DC power supply with a 42W power requirement.
Please note: A suitable 110V DC power supply is required and is not included. The stated 907kg safe working limit is achieved under optimum conditions in a vertical direct pull when the electromagnet is in full contact with a suitable steel or ferrous surface equal in thickness to the electromagnet. Actual holding performance can be affected by material type and thickness, surface condition, air gaps and the direction of the applied load.
