This compact 12V DC energise-to-hold electromagnet provides up to 9.1kg of controllable magnetic holding force, making it a versatile solution for automation, machinery and engineering applications where installation space is limited.
When connected to a 12V DC power supply, the electromagnet generates a magnetic field to attract and securely hold suitable steel and ferrous components. When the power is switched off, the magnetic field disappears, allowing the held component to be released quickly and easily.
Measuring just 25.4mm in diameter and 31.75mm thick, its compact cylindrical design makes it particularly suitable for integration into machinery, automated equipment, robotic systems, fixtures and custom assemblies where a larger electromagnet may not be practical.
