These double push to close magnetic catches with plastic casing are perfect for providing a secure closure and ease of opening for cupboard and wardrobe doors. Due to their spring push mechanism, handles are not required on doors, leaving a clean and stylish look to cupboards and wardrobes.
To install your push to close magnetic catch, simply screw the catch onto the cupboard/wardrobe frame in the desired position using the holes on the casing and screw the steel plate to the door (screws are sold separately).
The spring mechanism works by when the door is pushed, the catch will spring out and push open the door, allowing for it to be opened. When you want to close the cupboard door, simply push close the door and allow the plate to attract to the magnet and push in until you hear the spring lock, which will then securely shut the door in place.
