**Competition Terms and Conditions**

1. **Eligibility:**

   - The competition is open to all customers who receive an email request to leave a review on Reviews.io during the competition period.

   - Participants must be 18 years or older.

   - Employees of FIRST4MAGNETS, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. **Competition Period:**

   - The competition will run for 6 months, starting from 17/05/2024 to 25/10/2024.

3. **Entry Requirements:**

   - To enter the competition, customers must leave a review that will be publicly posted on Reviews.io.

   - Each review counts as one entry into the draw. Multiple reviews are allowed but must be for different products or services.

4. **Prize:**

   - One winner will receive a £100 voucher to spend on our website.

   - The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. **Winner Selection:**

   - The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

   - The draw will take place within one week after the competition period ends.

6. **Notification of Winner:**

   - The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in their review within one week after the draw.

   - If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification email, they forfeit the prize, and another winner will be selected at random.

7. **Privacy and Data Protection:**

   - By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering this competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. **General Conditions:**

   - FIRST4MAGNETS reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of FIRST4MAGNETS control.

   - Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by FIRST4MAGNETS.

   - FIRST4MAGNETS is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this competition.

   - The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
